How to download your Pass galleries before October 31, 2026.
Whatever you choose next, get your photos and client lists out of Pass first. Here is what exports, what doesn't, and the steps to do it.

Make a list of the galleries you still need
Go through your Pass account and note which galleries are still active for clients, which you must keep for your archive, and which can go. Most photographers find they need far fewer than they have.

Download each gallery as a ZIP
Open the gallery in Pass on desktop and use the download option to export all photos as ZIP files. If the gallery has scenes, they are preserved as subfolders inside the ZIP. Large galleries may be split into several ZIPs — keep them together, named by gallery.

Export your gallery visitor lists as CSV
Pass lets you export visitor information for a gallery, including names, project information and user type. Do this for every gallery you plan to keep live so you can re-invite clients later.

Save what doesn't export automatically
Pass states that coupon codes, marketing automations, gallery templates, letter templates, album proofing and sales campaigns don't transfer. Copy any text, prices and settings you'll want to recreate into a document now.

Back up to two places
Keep one copy on a local drive and one in cloud storage before Pass closes. Verify a few ZIPs open correctly.
